There configurator is extremely easy to use and the quality of the pergola is spot on. The heater gives just the perfect amount of heat. Assembly did take a few hours but it was pretty easy. All the pieces were covered in plastic coverings which is a great feature as it prevented a lot of scratches, once assembly was done I peeled it all off and it was perfect.
