What’s Included in the Installation Service?
Full Pergola Assembly - We will assemble the frame, louvres, and all core components.
Secure Bolt-Down - Your pergola will be anchored to your existing foundation.
Accessory & Panel Installation - If you've purchased decorative panels, heaters, or additional accessories, we’ll install them during assembly.
Packaging Removal - All packaging materials will be neatly cleared from the installation site.
Handover & Demonstration - We provide a detailed walkthrough of the pergola’s features, including how to operate and maintain it.
What’s not Included?
Foundation Work - We do not pour concrete or prepare foundations. The surface must be ready before installation.
Electrical Work - We do not handle wiring or power connections for heaters or lighting.
Wall-Mounted Pergolas - We do not install or assemble wall-mounted pergola models.
Glass Panels – The installation of Glass panels are not included in the standard pergola installation price. We can install them for you, but there is an additional charge per panel.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth installation, please ensure:
A solid, level foundation is ready before our team arrives. We recommend a minimum foundation size of 40cm x 40cm x 40cm concrete (or 60cm x 60cm x 60cm in high-wind areas).
Someone is present on the day of installation to provide access and sign off on the completed work.
Any obstacles, furniture, or debris are cleared from the installation area.
