Returns Process
Customers who have received a pergola but wish to return it without use may do so within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, including unused, free from damage, and in its original packaging. The customer will bear the cost of return shipping, with this cost communicated in advance.

There configurator is extremely easy to use and the quality of the pergola is spot on. The heater gives just the perfect amount of heat. Assembly did take a few hours but it was pretty easy. Great customer support. Prior to ordering I must have called at least 10 times asking a lot of questions. We ended up designing our own pergola. The pergola arrived on time and we have just had it assembled and we are so far very happy with it. After assembly it did rain and the roof is waterproof. 5 stars. I am very pleased with the hygge pergola. We purchased the pergola with 3 blinds and I am very impressed with the quality of the blinds. The blinds are completely windproof and the louvres are water proof. We love our pergola especially the lights and the decorative panels, it really does make a huge difference. The finish on the pergola is done to a high standard. Will be purchasing a patio heater soon for the pergola. The hygge pergola came well packaged and assembly was fairly straightforward. All the pieces were covered in plastic coverings which is a great feature as it prevented a lot of scratches, once assembly was done I peeled it all off and it was perfect. My husband purchased a hygge pergola for our new home and wow, the pergola was well worth it. It looks so much better from the standard pergolas. We went ahead with 3 palm panels and 3 blinds. We were looking to purchase a pergola from another supplier however I found it a little brand. After some research I came across hygge. I customised the pergola, and when it arrived the quality was brilliant. The entire experience has been great, from designing to the packaging to the quality.

The pergola itself is absolutely fantastic. Great quality. However, the time between ordering and actual delivery was months longer than we were told which made the whole experience a bit fraught and meant we missed the whole summer.

The communication from start to finish has been excellent, even when there was an issue with minor manufacturing delivery delays we were kept informed and also provided with a heating and lighting upgrade without hesitation or asking. The quality of the pergola is outstanding and I would highly recommend anyone considering purchasing to do so. Great company and great service!

Pergola looks fantastic, great quality easy to install. If fitting retracting blinds ensure the distance between legs of the pergola are exact as there is very little tolerance to ensure the blinds run smooth

It’s a quality product which we would recommend but let down by a lack of communication regarding build and delivery, very disappointed that it offers a free heater and told because we didn’t put in the basket we can’t have one! Spoke to Andy who is now arranging a heater - thank you. Needs to improve customer service!
