    Maintenance & Care

    The Hygge Pergola is designed to be low maintenance, requiring only occasional checks to keep it performing at its best.

    From time to time, it’s worth checking the roof louvers and integrated drainage channels for leaves or debris, particularly during autumn. Clearing these ensures rainwater can continue to flow freely through the drainage system.

    If your pergola is installed beneath trees, sap or residue may occasionally settle on the surface. This can be easily cleaned using a soft, damp cloth and a mild cleaning solution.

    For windproof blinds, allow the fabric to fully dry before retracting if they become wet. During strong winds or storms, we recommend retracting the blinds and opening the louvers as a simple precaution.

    With these small, routine checks, your pergola will continue to look great and function reliably year after year.
